Jeffrey B. Schultz, Director
Jeff began working in Media Ministries with Major Gary Gregg, director
and founder, in 1991. In 1996 Media Ministries was established as a
bureau and Jeff was appointed as the director. Under his directorship
the bureau has taken on national and international recognition as an
award winning corporate production bureau.
Jeff holds a Bachelors degree from the University of Hartford in Music Education where he also studied TV Production and Communications. He is a second generation Salvationist and for 22 years served as
principle tuba player in The Salvation Army’s New
York Staff Band.
Anita R. Colby Schultz, Associate DirectorAnita started working on a part-time basis in Media Ministries in 1991 and soon after became a full-time member of the team. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Arts and Communication from William Paterson College and is now the Associate Director.
Tom Big, EditorTom joined the Media Ministries Team in November 2001 as our full-time Avid video editor and is a national and international award winning editor. Tom has studied at the Television Studio School of New York (RCA Institute), Center for the Media Arts, and Bergen Community College for Television Media.
Joshua Muir, Live Events Producer
Joshua
Muir recently graduated from Asbury College in bustling Wilmore,
Kentucky. With a degree in Media Communications, Josh is enjoying his
new position in the Media Ministries Bureau. Not a stranger to the
Media industry, Josh has utilized his skills both home and abroad. He
worked on staff with the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation’s Sports
Division to help broadcast the 2004 Olympic Games from Athens, Greece.
He also interned as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor for 450 Records
in Martha’s Vineyard, Massachusetts. Closer to home, Josh worked on the
crew that provided the
live coverage at a large music festival in Kentucky.
He is no stranger to Media Ministries either. He helped shoot footage in Italy during the summer of 2003, where he first came into contact with Media Ministries. In 2004, Josh interned in the office for two months, helping create a video in upstate New York, and producing material for the 2004 Territorial Commissioning weekend. More recently, Josh traveled to Ghana, Africa to shoot video of The Salvation Army’s work in that country.
He looks forward to his time in Media Ministries with excitement and anticipation.
Ebony Vines – Secretary/Sales & MarketingEbony Vines graduated from Nyack College with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Psychology and Communications. She has worked for Broadway, major cable stations, cable access stations and has experience in acting, journalism, editing, directing, producing, writing, and choreographing for stage, and screen.
Her life aspiration is to one day produce, direct, and write for all three media venues and own her own production company.
Joseph Aro - Creative Manager
Joseph joined Media Ministries in December 2004 part time as Assistant Camera and Avid Editor and since then has become the Creative Manager for the bureau. Joseph is a graduate of New York University (NYU) earning a BFA for directing.
Joseph began as an actor starring in numerous national and international commercials. As time went on he had numerous starring roles in big budget films and television shows, but his passion grew for directing.
In 2002, Joseph directed his first spec car commercial shutting down Times Square. Since then Joseph has directed numerous commercials and network shows.

Stephen Dimter - Production Assistant
Stephen Ditmer was born in Fall River, Massachusetts to officer parents Stephen and Carol Ditmer, and has been living on Long Island, New York since 2001. He attends the C.W. Post Campus of Long Island University as a film major and enjoys every moment of it.
Growing up in The Salvation Army, Stephen enjoys playing his cornet with brass bands and is currently a member of the Greater New York Youth Band and Youth Chorus. As a part-time employee of the Media Ministries Bureau, Stephen is awarded the opportunity of spreading the message of Jesus Christ through visual media.
